Information we collect

When you call, text or submit the service form, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, city or ZIP, property type, requested timing, job description and any photo or document you attach. Basic technical information such as browser type, IP address and request logs may be processed by our website host.

How we use information

We use the information to review your request, contact you, evaluate service availability, provide or arrange estimates and service, maintain records, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Calls and texts

If you provide a phone number and request contact, NeighborDoors may call or text you about that request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to an automated text, if any, or ask us directly to stop nonessential messages.

Service providers

Our website is hosted by Vercel. Online form submissions are processed by FormSubmit and delivered by email. These providers may process information under their own privacy and security terms. Information may also be shared when reasonably necessary to complete the service you requested, protect rights or safety, or comply with law.

Retention and security

We keep request information only as long as reasonably necessary for service, records, dispute prevention and legal requirements. No online system is completely secure, so do not include payment card data, passwords or highly sensitive information in the request form.

Your choices

You may ask to review, correct or delete information you submitted, subject to legal and operational recordkeeping needs. You may also choose to call instead of using the website form.
