Terms of Service

These terms govern use of neighbordoors.com and requests for residential or commercial door service. Sending a request does not create a service appointment or guarantee availability.

Service requests

You agree to provide accurate contact, location and job information. We may contact you to clarify the request, discuss timing or provide the next service step. A job is scheduled only after the parties confirm it.

Scope and estimates

Website descriptions are general and are not a diagnosis, quote or promise that a particular repair is appropriate. Pricing, parts, labor, timing, warranties and the exact scope must be confirmed for the specific job. Conditions found on site may require a revised scope or estimate.

Property access and safety

You represent that you are authorized to request work at the property and will provide safe, lawful access. Keep people, vehicles and belongings clear of a damaged or moving door. Do not attempt to adjust springs, cables or other high-tension components. Call emergency services for fire, injury, crime or immediate danger.

Communications

By requesting contact, you authorize NeighborDoors to call, text or email you about the request. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Website use

Do not misuse the website, submit false requests, interfere with operation, upload harmful content or attempt unauthorized access. You may submit only files you have the right to share.

Third-party services and links

The website uses hosting and form-delivery providers and may link to related door-service websites. Their services and policies are separate. NeighborDoors is not responsible for unrelated third-party content or outages.

Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent allowed by law, NeighborDoors disclaims implied website warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from website use or delay in responding to an unconfirmed request. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

California law

These terms are governed by California law. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect.
